Agnes Padi was born in 1971, and is a mother of three: Patti Olivia, Liticiah and Desmond.
In addition to producing jewellery, Agnes is also a skilled bead maker.
Before Agnes began to produce Pernille Bülow jewellery, she lived on selling her beads on the local beads market every Thursday. In addition, she cultivated and sold tomatoes.
Agnes went to school for 11 years and is a beautiful, strong and intelligent woman. But without higher education it is difficult to get a properly paid job in Ghana. Unfortunately, it costs a lot of money to send children to university, and very few untrained parents can afford this.
By producing jewellery and growing corn, Agnes can now afford to send Patti Olivia to university soon. She will be the first in the family.
