Refund & Return Policy

Right of withdrawal

You may cancel your purchase and withdraw your order within 14 days from the date you receive the package. 
Note that the items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped. The right of withdrawal still applies if the item has been tried out. The item must not be tested more than it would be possible in a physical store. 
If the product has been used, an assessment of what the item can be sold for to another customer will be made. Any reduction in value found on the basis of the assessment will be withdrawn before we refund your payment. 
The right of withdrawal within the 14-day period is applicable from the date you receive the package if you were informed about your right of withdrawal in writing at the same time. The cancellation period does not start before you have been informed about the right of withdrawal in writing, e.g. via email or on paper. However, the deadline expires within 3 months from the date of receipt of the goods, even if you have not received the cancellation right in writing. 
If you, for example, receive the package on the 1st day of a month and also received information about the right of withdrawal, you have the right to cancel the purchase agreement by the 15th of that month. If you, however, receive the information about the right of withdrawal later, for example on the 3rd, your deadline is the 17th. If the 14-day deadline ends on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, you have until the following business day. 
How to cancel your order
You can apply the right of withdrawal by: informing us in writing that you wish to cancel the purchase before the 14-day deadline has ended 
AND 
by returning the items within 14 days after notifying us of your wish to cancel your order. 
It is sufficient that you hand over the items to PostNord or another company to handle the return before the end of the deadline. You can keep the receipt as proof of having handed the item over to e.g. PostNord within the time period. 
Unless agreed otherwise, the customer bears the costs for shipping when returning items on the basis of the right of withdrawal. If we agreed with you to deliver a replacement item because the product could not be delivered as a whole, we will cover the costs of returning the item. 
Once we have received the goods returned and have verified that they meet the conditions for the cancellation right, we will refund the full purchase price, unless there are deductions due to reductions in value, cf. above. The refunded amount excludes the cost of our shipment to you, and the refund is made using the same payment method used for purchase, which may take up to 14 days. 
If we believe that the conditions for your right of withdrawal are not met, we will contact you via email with an explanation. 
Complaints 
If the items you purchased from us prove to be defective, they are covered by a 2-year warranty. You can make a complaint about a product within 2 years from the time of purchase. We therefore recommend that you save the receipt for at least 2 years. You can complain by contacting our customer service centre. 
You must contact us as soon as you discover that the item is faulty. Please note that your right to complain may expire before the expiration of warranty if the product is not intended to last for two years or is worn out by natural use before the end of warranty. The right of complaint applies to goods that are defective under the Purchasing Act in Denmark. See more at www.forbrug.dk.
