When you form a contract with us, you at the same time agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before you order goods from us. 

The contract is concluded in Danish. 

To be able to make an order at www.pernillebulow.com you must be aged 18 years or over. 

The offer of goods on www.pernillebulow.com is only an offer to you to place an order by sending it to us. The contract is only formed when we have accepted your order by sending an order confirmation to you. 

You order the desired items by selecting the items and putting them in the shopping cart. Once you have selected your items and are ready to submit your order, click: "Order", after which you will be prompted to enter your name, address, phone number and email address as well as a delivery address. 

Once you have entered all the required information, you will be prompted to confirm your order and at the same time declare that you accept our terms and conditions. 

You must always review your order before submitting it. Before you submit your order, you have the option to edit the information you have entered, such as delivery or billing address and payment card information. You can add or remove items from the shopping cart at any time during your order. 

Once you have made your order, you will receive a receipt, which is a representation of the order you have just made. The receipt does not indicate that the order has been processed or a contract has been formed. The contract is only formed once you receive an order confirmation from us. 

You will receive an order confirmation from us via email when your order is completed and has been accepted. 

We save your order and order confirmation and you can, at any time, receive a copy of it by contacting us.

2. Changing or cancelling your order 

Our customer service can help you change your order, but ONLY if the order has not yet been dispatched. 

If the order has already been dispatched, you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days. Read more about your cancellation rights below. 

Without being obliged to pay compensation or otherwise cover your costs, we are entitled to cancel a purchase in the following situations:
- if an accidental error has occurred on www.pernillebulow.com, such as a payment error,
- if your payment information cannot be verified or is incorrect,
- if we suspect your order has been placed in bad faith or in relation to illegal activities. 

We will try to resolve the issue, and we will notify you of any cancellation before it occurs. In case of an actual cancellation, we will refund any payments without additional costs for you. 

3. Prices 

All prices on www.pernillebulow.com are in Danish kroner and include VAT. Delivery costs are not included in the prices. 

All prices are daily prices, which are updated on a regular basis. 

The prices shown on www.pernillebulow.com are valid at the time of purchase. We can change our prices without notice, but this does of course not affect orders that have been accepted by sending an order confirmation. 

4. Payment methods 

In thisshop you can order your items online and pay with Dankort (only Denmark), VISA, MasterCard, MobilePay (only Denmark), Amex, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

In case of payment by card, the due amount will bededucted once the order is confirmed.

5. Delivery 

All shipping fees are based on fixed rates. 

You can expect 5-10 days for processing your order from the day you placed it until you receive your package. 

Delivery of goods from Pernille Bülow A/S is considered to be completed once the costumer received their package. The shipping of goods is done by PostNord. 

Orders placed before 12am will be processed and shipped the same day if the items are in stock. 

Delivery to customers in Denmark will usually take place the following day. 

6. Right of withdrawal 

You may cancel your purchase and withdraw your order within 14 days from the day you receive the package. 

Note that the items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped in. The right of withdrawal still applies if the item has been tried out. The item must not be tested more than it would be possible in a physical store. 

If the product has been used, an assessment of what the item can be sold for to another customer will be made. Any reduction in value found on the basis of the assessment will be withdrawn before we refund your payment. 

The right of withdrawal within the 14-day period is applicable from the date you receive the package if you were informed about your right of withdrawal in writing at the same time. The cancellation period does not start before you have been informed about the right of withdrawal in writing, e.g. via email or on paper. However, the deadline expires within 3 months from the date of receipt of the goods, even if you have not received the cancellation right in writing. 

If you, for example, receive the package on the 1st day of a month and also received information about the right of withdrawal, you have the right to cancel the purchase agreement by the 15th of that month. If you however receive the information about the right of withdrawal later, for example on the 3rd, your deadline is the 17th. If the 14-day deadline ends on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, you have until the following business day. 

How to cancel your order 

You can apply your right of withdrawal by: informing us in writing that you wish to cancel the purchase before the 14-day deadline has ended

AND 

by returning the items within 14 days after notifying us of your wish to cancel your order. 

It is sufficient that you hand over the items to PostNord or another company to handle the return before the end of the deadline. You can keep the receipt as proof of having handed the item over to e.g. PostNord within the time period. 

Unless agreed otherwise, the customer bears the costs for shipping when returning items on the basis of the right of withdrawal. If we agreed with you to deliver a replacement item because the product could not be delivered as a whole, we will cover the costs of returning the item. 

Once we have received the goods returned and have verified that they meet the conditions for the cancellation right, we will refund the full purchase price, unless there are deductions due to reductions in value, cf. above. The refunded amount excludes the cost of our shipment to you, and the refund is made using the same payment method used for purchase, which may take up to 14 days. 

If we believe that the conditions for your right of withdrawal are not met, we will contact you via email with an explanation. 

7. Complaints 

If the items you purchased from us prove to be defective, they are covered by a 2-year warranty. You can make a complaint about a product within 2 years from the time of purchase. We therefore recommend that you save the receipt for at least 2 years. You can complain by contacting our customer service centre. You must contact us as soon as you discover that the item is faulty. 

Please note that your right to complain may expire before the expiration of warranty if the product is not intended to last for two years or is worn out by natural use before the end of warranty. 

The right of complaint applies to goods that are defective under the Purchasing Act in Denmark. See more at www.forbrug.dk.

8. Disputes 

Any dispute involving www.pernillebulow.com and purchases on the website is subject to Danish law and the Danish courts, unless mandatory legislation implies otherwise. 

9. Processing your personal information 

We respect your privacy and treat your personal information in accordance with the laws of the respective area. The personal information you provide when ordering is treated confidentially and never handed to a third party without your permission.

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering your ordered goods to you. The personal data is registered with Pernille Bülow A / S and stored for five years, after which all information is deleted. When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that we always ask for your consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why. Customer information is neither stored nor transmitted encrypted. However, your card information is encrypted through SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS. Information provided to pernillebulow.dk is not passed on or sold to third parties, and we do not record any sensitive information. As registered with Pernille Bülow A/S, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to receive insight into what information is recorded about you.
